Scholura Terms of Use
Effective date: November 2, 2026
Scholura (scholura.com) is run by Mark Huskins ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who uses the site ("you"). By using Scholura, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Scholura is
Scholura is a free set of interactive practice tools for students, starting with calculus. It is a study aid. It does not replace a teacher, a course or a textbook. It does not promise any grade or exam score.
2. Who may use it
Anyone may use Scholura. If you are under 13, use it with a parent's or teacher's permission. Scholura has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email or any other personal information (see the Privacy Notice).
3. What you may do
You may use Scholura for free, for your own learning and in classrooms. Teachers may share links to it, show it in class, and print its worksheets and summary sheets for their own students.
You may not:
- sell, rent or charge for access to Scholura or its content;
- copy the site, or a large part of its questions, pictures or code, to publish elsewhere or to build a competing product;
- remove copyright or trademark notices;
- use automated tools to collect its content, or use its content to train artificial intelligence models;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
4. Who owns it
The questions, solutions, pictures, text, design and code of Scholura belong to Mark Huskins and are protected by copyright. Using the site does not give you ownership of any of it. "Scholura" is our name for the site, and you may not use it for another product.
5. Other companies' names and services
- AP® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website.
- The graphing calculator shown in some questions is the College Board version of the Desmos graphing calculator, provided by Desmos Studio. Desmos is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website. Its own terms apply when you use it.
- Other names belong to their owners. Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
6. Accuracy
We work hard to get every answer right: answers are computed by the software and checked by independent tests. Mistakes are still possible. If something looks wrong, please tell us at scholura.team@gmail.com, and check with your teacher or textbook.
7. Your progress
Your points and settings are saved in your own browser, on your own device. We don't have a copy and can't recover them. Clearing your browser's data, or using another device or browser, starts fresh. Use "Save a backup" to keep a copy.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove parts of Scholura, or pause or end it, at any time and without notice. We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. No warranty
Scholura is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free service.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, grades or opportunities, arising from your use of Scholura. Our total liability for any claim about Scholura is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use it in the past 12 months, or US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Suggestions
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.
